The cost per child decreases as your group grows – the more kids you bring, the more you save!

Session Times: 11am – 1pm
Session Days: Monday – Friday
Deposit: A deposit of $4 per child, based on your initial estimate, is required to secure your booking. The final balance is payable on the day of the event once we have the final headcount. You can pay the deposit online, or if you prefer, pay one set of $4 and email us at info@apeescape.com.au for an invoice.
Estimating Attendance: Give us your best estimate of how many kids you plan to bring. Then, a week before the school holidays start, shoot us an email at info@apeescape.com.au with your updated numbers.
Pricing Adjustments: Our booking system isn’t yet savvy enough to automatically apply large group discounts to the $20 base price. But don’t fret – we only charge a $4 deposit upfront, and the final price will be calculated on event day based on your group size and our tiered pricing structure.
Minimum Fee: We allow for a 20% flexibility in group size. If your group size is reduced by more than 20% on the day of your booking, the minimum fee will still apply. If you need to adjust your group numbers, please let us know at least 7 days prior to your booking, and we will adjust the minimum fee accordingly.

- 11-11:20am – Warm up
- 11:20-11:30am – Rules and Introductions
- 11:30-12:55pm – Circuits and Activities
- 12:55-1:00pm – Pack up and Finish
