Adult Classes (16+)
Meet Our Instructors:
Dr Nicole Crisp: Wednesday Classes Aerial’s Instructor
Build strength, confidence, and beautiful lines in a supportive, beginner-friendly class taught by Dr. Nicole Crisp. Nicole is an experienced aerial performer and coach with a PhD in Exercise Physiology. She has an extensive physical background with 15+ years in Gymnastics and Sports Aerobics. Since 2016 she’s trained and taught across aerial disciplines at Kinetica (Malaga, WA)—covering silks (her specialty), lyra, trapeze, as well as ground-based handstands and tumbling. What she loves most about teaching is using her sport-science lens to assess each student’s strengths and needs, then tailoring progressions—whether that’s modifying a skill or building targeted strength—to unlock safe, sustainable progress.
