2 Hr Structured Activity Sessions:
Let the school holidays be a time of thrilling discovery at Ape Escape! Our jungle crew of skilled staff is ready to energize the kids with a warm-up, introduce them to the world of basic gymnastics, and guide them through exciting activity circuits. They’ll not only show your little explorers ‘what’ and ‘how’ to master new skills but also ensure they’re safe and having a blast throughout the session.
Our Ape Escape sessions are led by our expert staff, who will orchestrate all the activities. While parents are the cheering squad from the sidelines, we ask that you remain off the gym floor to ensure safety and order.
Sessions: Monday – Friday 11:00am – 1:00pm
Cost: $20 per child – Remember, booking your jungle adventure is essential!
Age: 6 – 11 yrs
2-Hour Structured Jungle Journey:
- 11-11:25am: Interactive warm-up to get those little muscles ready.
- 11:25-11:30am: Introduction to the rules and formation of groups by size & age to ensure everyone’s paired up nicely.
- 11:35-1:00pm: Time to tackle those obstacle-style circuits and challenges! Kids will jump, climb, swing, and tumble through our carefully crafted course.
Note for Our Explorers: During our fun-filled sessions, it’s crucial that all little explorers listen closely to instructions. Disruptive behaviour or unsafe antics might lead to an early exit from the session. If your child requires additional adult support, our ‘casual play’ sessions might be a more suitable adventure.
School Holiday Skill-Focused Gymnastics Classes
Looking to level up your gymnastics skills these school holidays? We’re excited to introduce our Skill-Focused Holiday Classes at Ape Escape! 🦍✨
Each session is designed to help kids master a specific gymnastics skill with expert coaching in a small group setting – just 10 kids per instructor!
Sessions:
Week 1 – Thursday 17/4/2025 : 1:10pm – 2:10pm
Week 2 – Tuesday 22/4/2025 : 1:10pm – 2:10pm
Cost: $35 per child
Age: 6 – 12 yrs
🔹 What to Expect:
✅ 15-minute warm-up to prepare for movement and flexibility.
✅ Targeted skill training for the remainder of the session.
✅ Expert coaching to refine technique, build confidence, and enhance skills.
🔹 Skill Classes Available:
- Back Handsprings – Learn how to flip with power and control!
- Front Somersaults – Master airtime, rotation, and safe landings!
- Cartwheels & Handstands – Build strength, control, and balance!
