Before you join us

A few helpful answers.

Do I need experience or to be fit already?

No prior experience is needed. You’ll build strength and skills progressively, with coaching suited to your starting point. Strength • Flexibility • Balance is a particularly approachable option if you’re returning to exercise.

Who can attend?

Our teen and adult classes are for ages 16 and over. Adults of all genders are welcome, including beginners and those with previous movement experience.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable activewear, tie back long hair and bring a water bottle. For aerial silks, choose fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms. Avoid zips, jewellery, watches and lotions that can damage the fabric.

What if I miss a program class?

Let us know before your class to be eligible for a make-up session. Under our current policy, make-ups can be used in another eligible adult class within the same term, subject to availability. Alternatively, your own child can use the missed session for Casual Play or Toddler Play within the same term. Missed sessions are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Make-ups cannot be carried into future terms unless approved. Contact us to arrange your make-up.

Can I mix classes with a Flexi Pass?

Yes. Use your five sessions across Strength • Flexibility • Balance, Skills, Tricks & Movement, Aerial Silks and Foundations: Strength & Skills over 10 weeks. Each session must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

What if I have an injury or a health concern?

Tell us before class about injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, hypermobility or other concerns that could affect participation. Seek guidance from your healthcare provider where appropriate and work within your own capacity.

Please follow your coach’s instructions. Instructors, programming and timetables may change where necessary. View current class policies.
